Refund and Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Quiet Meadows Homesteading! Quiet Meadows Homesteading is a brand operated by Quiet Meadows LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Each item is made to order through our print-on-demand partners, so please review the following before purchasing.


🕒 Return Window

Replacement or refund requests are reviewed for items that arrive damaged or contain a confirmed manufacturing defect. For DTG products, there is a tolerance of 0.5″ for print placement, meaning that minor variations in the placement of the print will not be considered as defects.
If there’s an issue, please contact us at support@quietmeadowshomesteading.com within 14 days of delivery or the estimated delivery date. Issues reported after this 14-day window may not be eligible for a replacement.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Because all items are custom-made, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size, color, or design choices
  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
  • Items damaged by misuse or normal wear and tear

🔁 Replacements & Refunds

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Email support@quietmeadowshomesteading.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
  2. If the same design is applied to more than one product, you must submit an additional photo or video that clearly shows all related items together in a single shot for verification.
  3. Once your claim is reviewed and approved, a replacement or refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  4. Refunds typically process within 5–10 business days.

NOTE: If delivery is unsuccessful, you may choose to have the item reprinted for an additional fee or receive a partial refund.


📦 Shipping Returns

If your product arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a free replacement or a refund. Do not send products back to the manufacturer or print provider.


🎁 Gifts

Refunds for gifted items can only be credited to the original purchaser’s payment method.
