Thank you for shopping with Quiet Meadows Homesteading! Quiet Meadows Homesteading is a brand operated by Quiet Meadows LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Shell Bay Holdings LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Please review the following policy carefully before making a purchase.


📋Made-to-Order Products

Most physical products sold through Quiet Meadows Homesteading are custom-made at the time of purchase through third-party production and fulfillment partners. Because of this, we do not accept physical returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or contains a verified manufacturing error.

🕒Reporting Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or contains a confirmed manufacturing defect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery or the estimated delivery date at:

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the damaged or defective item

Claims submitted without supporting photos may not qualify for review.

For DTG (Direct-to-Garment) printed products, slight variations in print placement are normal. A tolerance of up to 0.5 inches in print alignment is not considered a manufacturing defect.

If the same design appears on multiple products, an additional photo or video showing all affected items together may be requested for verification purposes.

✅Approved Claims

Once a claim is reviewed and approved, we may issue either:

  • A replacement product, or
  • A refund to the original payment method

Approved refunds typically process within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

📦Delivery Issues

If a shipment cannot be successfully delivered due to an incorrect address provided at checkout or repeated failed delivery attempts, customers may choose either:

  • A reprint at an additional cost, or
  • A partial refund, when applicable

🔁Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following items and situations are not eligible for return, replacement, or refund:

  • Incorrect size, color, or design selections made during checkout
  • Buyer’s remorse or change-of-mind purchases
  • Items damaged through misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear
  • Minor print placement variations within accepted production tolerances
  • Digital products, downloadable files, guides, templates, ebooks, or other electronic content once access or download has been provided

🎁Gifts

Refunds for gifted purchases can only be issued to the original purchaser’s payment method.
