At Quiet Meadows Homesteading, a brand operated by Quiet Meadows LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), every product is made to order — crafted just for you when you place an order. We work with a network of trusted U.S. and international production partners to ensure high-quality products and reliable delivery.
Processing Times
Most orders are processed and produced within 2–7 business days. Because each item is created on demand, production times can vary depending on the product type, order volume, and seasonal demand (especially around holidays).
Shipping Times
Please allow 2–7 business days (average 3-4) for production before your order ships.
- U.S. Orders: Typically arrive within 5–12 business days after production.
- Canada: 10–15 business days.
- International Orders: Shipping times may vary by destination but generally arrive within 10–30 business days.
- Please note that made-to-order items may ship separately if your order includes multiple products.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method. Customers are responsible for all shipping fees.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can monitor your package’s journey through the carrier’s website. Note that tracking may take 24-48 hours to update initially.
Delays
Quiet Meadows LLC is not responsible for delivery delays caused by postal service disruptions, customs clearance, weather events, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
If your order appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date at support@quietmeadowshomesteading.com, and we’ll help resolve the issue.
Incorrect Addresses
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
Please double-check your shipping details before submitting your order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. We’ll do our best to make changes before the item is processed, but once production has begun, we may not be able to modify or cancel your order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please reach out within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll gladly offer a replacement or store credit based on the situation. See our Return and Refund Policy.
