Each item is made to order through our print-on-demand partners, so please review the following before purchasing.
🕒 Return Window
We accept returns or replacements only for defective, damaged, or misprinted items.
If there’s an issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected].
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
Because all items are custom-made, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
- Wrong size, color, or design choices
- Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
- Items damaged by misuse or normal wear and tear
🔁 Replacements & Refunds
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- Email us with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
- Once verified, we’ll issue a replacement or refund to your original payment method.
- Refunds typically process within 5–10 business days.
📦 Shipping Returns
Do not send products back to the manufacturer or print provider.
If a return is authorized, we’ll provide a return address and instructions via email.
🎁 Gifts
Refunds for gifted items can only be credited to the original purchaser’s payment method.
