At Quiet Meadows Homesteading, every product is made to order — crafted just for you when you place an order. We work with a network of trusted U.S. and international production partners to ensure high-quality products and reliable delivery.
Processing Times
Most orders are processed and produced within 2–7 business days. Because each item is created on demand, production times can vary depending on the product type, order volume, and seasonal demand (especially around holidays).
Shipping Times
- U.S. Orders: Typically arrive within 5–12 business days after production.
- International Orders: Shipping times may vary by destination but generally arrive within 10–20 business days.
- Please note that made-to-order items may ship separately if your order includes multiple products.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method. Customers are responsible for all shipping fees.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can monitor your package’s journey through the carrier’s website.
Delays
Quiet Meadows Homesteading is not responsible for delivery delays caused by postal service disruptions, customs clearance, weather events, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping details before submitting your order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. We’ll do our best to make changes before the item is processed, but once production has begun, we may not be able to modify or cancel your order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please reach out within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll gladly offer a replacement or store credit based on the situation.
